Resident Chef • Embassy of the Slovak Republic, Washington, D.C.

Originally from Slovakia, I lived in Ireland for years before stepping into professional kitchens. I cut my teeth and learned the craft under one of Ireland’s best chefs, Adam Nevin, at The Morrison Room in Carton House.

Now, I’m applying that trade in Washington, D.C. as the Resident Chef for the Embassy of the Slovak Republic.

This site is my personal culinary archive: Central European classics, embassy specs, and kitchen notes—all dialed in with exact metric weights so they work every single time.
